I love to say “Thank You” with baked goods as much as a handwritten card. Time and effort means a lot to people. These cookies say so much without saying anything at all.
Recipe:
1 banana
3/4 cup PB2
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup stevia in the raw
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dairy free choc chips
Mix it all together and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
