February is About Love, Sex and Hair Loss

4.31Kviews

February is such a steamy month, not only because of Valentine’s day, but because of all the sexy surprises I have planned for Taylor’s (my boyfriend) birthday. I started thinking about how no matter where I am at with my hair loss journey, I can’t just jump into sexy. There is always an extra level of preparation that comes into planing romance, like wigs, shaving my head, if I’m not wearing a wig will my shoulders look too broad next to my bald head? Am I evenly proportioned in this lingerie? Should I glue my wig on so he can pull my hair? So many IMPORTANT details! So I’m taking the opportunity of this month to be completely open and honest with you about sex, love, and hair loss.

I am going to need some feedback from you on questions you want answered, so please, comment here, DM me on instagram @reallyjessicarose, or email me at jessica@lovesweetmess.com. I promise you will remain anonymous. I will also be using Taylor to answer a lot of questions and to share his perspective on sex, love, and hair loss.

To kick things off please watch (if you haven’t) these two videos. In the first I talk about dating with Alopecia. In the second, Taylor gives his perspective on dating a woman with Alopecia.

I’ll be sharing some really intimate things with you this month, because I feel that we all have the same questions, we just don’t know how to ask them. We have all had embarrassing, heart breaking, shameful moments, and since I am at a decent place with myself (at the moment) I will share mine with you, so you know you are not alone. Lots of TMI, but only because I care. We are family. A big, bald, dysfunctional family. Mom, you may want to ignore my content this month.

Make sure you are following me on Instagram and subscribed to my YouTube channel so you don’t miss a beat! Let’s get dirtay! Xo
