Gronk Cake

I work for an amazing, creative, fun, and energetic company called Superjacket Productions. They produce multiple shows for multiple networks. I may only work on Ridiculousness, but I bake for them all! My recent triumph was a birthday cake for pro athlete and host of Crashletes, Rob Gronkowski, aka Gronk. He is such a fun guy! Very humble and really about working hard and making people laugh.

I made a 3 tiered vanilla and chocolate layer cake covered in vanilla buttercream. I needed to harden this cake up a bit to make it suited for a giant man, so instead of daintily drizzling caramel and ganache on each layer to form the perfect drip, i dumped it on top and let it fall. This cake was gone in 5 five minutes!
