One Night Stand Fall Edition

2.92Kviews

Fall is my favorite season. It is the most romantic time of year.  I love the fresh fruits and vegetables that are harvested. Pumpkin, apples, pecan pie oh my! As you know from my previous post, One Night Stand is what I like to call my seasonal cheesecakes. This is the recipe for my pumpkin One Night Stand. It is so orgasmic you will devour it in just one night! I bake this every year for Thanksgiving, it’s become a tradition.

Fall One Night Stand (Pumpkin Cheesecake):

Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pumpkin Swirls:

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Cake:

1 cup sugar
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat over to 425 degrees. In a food processor combine the graham crackers into crumbs. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and butter and press the mixture on the bottom of a spring form pan going slightly up the side of the pan. Bake for 6 minutes.

In a small bowl combine the pumpkin and spices. Set aside.

In a bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time until completely combined and smooth.

Pour 1/3 of the cheese mix into the crusted pan. Mix another 1/3 of cheese mix with 1/2 of the Pumpkin mix. Drop dollops of that mixture onto the cake. Use a knife to swirl it in. Follow that layer with the remaining 1/3 of cheese mix. Top that layer with dollops of the second half of the pumpkin mix. Swirl into cake mix with a knife.

Place the cake in a water bath and bake for 50-60 minutes. The cake should move like jello slightly in the middle when it is done. It will become completely firm in the center as it cools. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.

Serve with whipped cream on top of the cheesecake, or whomever you are allowing to share this sexy treat with you 😉
