You read that title correct, folks! I have mastered the most orgasmic, savory, mouthwatering pizza cupcake recipe. I was inspired when I found these cute, little mini pepperonis! Feel free to get creative and add whatever your little heart desires!

Pizza Cupcakes Recipe

4 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cups milk (I used whole, but feel free to use whatever you like)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh pressed garlic
1 tablespoon super finely shopped basil. I used the frozen cubes from Trader Joe’s
1 teaspoon salt
12 oz of any pizza sauce. I used this fire roasted one, for some bold flavor
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian cheese blend
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 packages of mini pepperonis
Sauce, cheese an pepperoni to sprinkle on top

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line 30-36 muffin tins with liners.

In a bowl fitted to an electric mixture beat the Bisquick, milk, melted butter, garlic, basil, and salt. Fold in the pizza sauce, cheese, and mini pepperoni.

Fill the muffin tins almost to the top. They will rise when they bake, but will not over flow. Bake for 20 minutes. Take them out and spread a small amount of sauce and sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Bake for ten more minutes. They are done if you enter a toothpick and it comes out without ant batter stuck to it. Cheese is okay. These should not be stiff like muffins when they come out. They are biscuit like, but loaded with so much cheese and sauce that they are ooey gooey!

I have made these twice now for my office. I am telling you, people go nuts! Make them for the Super Bowl! They are so amazing, and easy! Enjoy!
