If you ever have left over cake but don’t know what to do with it, turn it into cake pops! Cake pops are made from baked cake and frosting blended together, formed into dough balls, and dipped in melting wafers. So simple! Don’t have lollipop sticks? No problem, just turn those balls into cake truffles! This is my favorite go to when I am purging my kitchen of leftover cake and frosting. I got creative this time by adding strawberries and crushed almonds to my cake vanilla cupcakes with a dollop of cream cheese frosting. I mixed that all together and got these super moist, flavorful cake pops.
