These goat cheese stuffed jalapeño peppers wrapped in bacon and prosciutto are soooo good!! They are super easy to make, but taste like they took a lot of work to put together. I like to bring them to parties, because they are quick, easy, tasty, impressive finger food. I am definately baking these babies on Super Bowl Sunday!
Ingredients: Creamy goat cheese, blueberry goat cheese, apple smoked bacon, prosciutto, and jalapeños.
Directions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut your peppers in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and membranes. Fill one half with plain goat cheese, and the other half with blueberry goat cheese. Wrap a piece of bacon around the peppers filled with plain goat cheese, and prosciutto around the peppers filled with blueberry goat cheese. Spread them out on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes. If your bacon is thick like mine, bake five minutes longer than the prosciutto wrapped peppers. Allow to cool, but serve warm. They will melt in your mouth. The combination of flavor is orgasmic!
